But you're a woman, though
Saw a woman online (aged 23) who was typically feminine, had boyfriends, wore dresses, bikinis etc. She then began to wear more unisex clothing around the time she came out as bisexual. Before long, she admitted she was a lesbian and with it, the unisex clothing was replaced masculine clothing, bikinis replaced by trunks and vests, dresses were suits. I can understand when you finally admit to yourself you’re homosexual and you have a big epiphany about yourself and the clothing change can be a reinvention of the new you. Maybe wearing masculine clothes signals your lesbianness to potential girlfriends and that’s okay too. But what’s not okay is thinking you’re not a woman anymore because of this. Yes, it’s another lesbian who became a “non-binary” “they/them”. What’s wrong with being a butch lesbian? What’s wrong with being a tomboy? What’s wrong with wearing masculine clothes as a woman?
It’s really sad that lesbians are identifying out of being women and role-playing heterosexuality. Can’t they see the internalised homophobia? It seems she’s been on a journey of discovery regarding her sexuality that has ended in her partly closeting herself in gender ideology. Sad.
